Strategically positioned surveillance cameras monitor key operational zones, including access points, storage facilities, production environments, dispatch areas, and other critical infrastructure. The CCTV solution is integrated into Arkhê’s off-site monitoring environment, where trained operators maintain continuous situational awareness through live camera feeds, alarm integration, and incident reporting systems.
In addition to live monitoring, the project incorporates advanced technological enhancements, including intelligent analytics and thermal surveillance capabilities designed to improve real-time threat detection and operational responsiveness.
One of the key features of the project is the implementation of a secure point-to-point wireless microwave transmission network, enabling Arkhê’s monitoring centre to securely access surveillance feeds remotely without reliance on conventional internet service providers.

United States Embassy, Maputo
For more than fourteen years, Arkhê Risk Solutions, in partnership with Continuity Global Solutions, has supported the security operations of the United States Embassy in Maputo. This longstanding relationship reflects the trust and confidence placed in Arkhê within one of the most demanding diplomatic security environments in Mozambique.
During the second half of 2025, operational adjustments associated with the restructuring of certain USAID-related activities resulted in changes to portions of the Local Guard Force structure. While such changes naturally presented operational and human resource challenges, the transition also created opportunities for organisational renewal and development.
Experienced personnel reaching retirement age were able to transition into retirement following many years of dedicated service, while other operationally experienced employees were successfully redeployed into specialised Arkhê projects requiring advanced training and expertise.
At the same time, the restructuring process created opportunities for the advancement of younger personnel into supervisory and junior management roles. This contributed positively to staff morale, leadership development, and operational succession planning within the project structure.
The experience demonstrated Arkhê’s ability to manage operational change professionally while continuing to maintain the high standards required within a diplomatic security environment.
The Canadian Embassy, Mozambique

Arkhê Risk Solutions is proud to have been selected by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to provide security services in Mozambique. Operations officially commenced on 1 August 2025 and include services at the Chancery, the Official Residence, and diplomatic residential facilities. The appointment represents another important milestone within Arkhê’s growing diplomatic security portfolio and further strengthens the company’s reputation within the international diplomatic community operating in Mozambique.
The contract includes static guarding services, electronic security system support, alarm response capabilities, and emergency intervention services involving diplomatic personnel and facilities.

AIFO — Supporting Humanitarian Operations in Pemba
Arkhê Risk Solutions commenced security operations for AIFO (Associazione Italiana Amici di Raoul Follereau) in Pemba on 1 January 2026.
AIFO is an internationally recognised humanitarian organisation dedicated to promoting health, inclusion, dignity, and social development for vulnerable communities around the world.
Founded in Bologna, Italy, in 1961, the organisation has a long history of supporting humanitarian and healthcare initiatives, particularly among vulnerable and marginalised populations. Since 1999, AIFO has also maintained official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO) as a recognised non-state actor.
The organisation’s work extends across healthcare support, social inclusion programmes, disability advocacy, and community development initiatives aimed at reducing inequality and strengthening access to essential services.

New Appointment: Operations Manager, Arkhê Risk Solutions
Arkhê Risk Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Fortunato de Almeida as Operations Manager, effective 5 November 2025.
Mr de Almeida joined Arkhê Risk Solutions in December 2019 as Project Manager for the Mozal Aluminium Smelter project, one of Mozambique’s most significant industrial operations. Through his professionalism, leadership abilities, and strong operational focus, he quickly established himself as a valuable member of the company’s management team.
In 2023, he was promoted to the position of Area Manager with responsibility for operations across Maputo Province and various strategic industrial and commercial sites throughout central and northern Mozambique. His portfolio included clients operating within the ports of Maputo, Beira, and Nacala, as well as major industrial and cement operations.
During his tenure as Area Manager, Mr de Almeida consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven management approach. His ability to optimise operational processes, manage complex client environments, and implement practical problem-solving strategies contributed significantly to operational performance and service delivery standards.
In addition to his operational experience, Mr de Almeida is also a qualified lawyer with academic and professional exposure across several legal disciplines, including Commercial Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Financial Law, Tax Law, Land Law, and Economic Law.
In his most recent leadership role, he worked closely with Area Managers across Mozambique to strengthen operational coordination, improve reporting standards, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational effectiveness throughout the business.
As Operations Manager, Mr de Almeida will focus on further strengthening Arkhê’s operational infrastructure and ensuring the company remains well positioned to meet the demands of an evolving and dynamic corporate environment.
One of his key strategic priorities for 2026 will be supporting the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards as part of Arkhê Risk Solutions’ continued commitment to quality management, operational excellence, and occupational health and safety best practice.

Arkhê Expands Its Presence in Mozambique’s Hospitality Sector Through Partnership with Radisson Blu Hotel Maputo

Arkhê Maputo Football Club — 2026 Season
Arkhê Risk Solutions continues to promote teamwork, discipline, and community engagement beyond the workplace through the ongoing development of Arkhê Maputo FC. The club has officially been invited to participate in the 2026 edition of the Liga Metical Provincial Championship, sponsored by Banco Nacional de Moçambique. The competition will feature leading football clubs from across the province, with the season scheduled to commence during March 2026.
Following the resumption of club activities after the previous competition cycle had already commenced, Arkhê Maputo FC did not participate in official tournaments during the prior season. However, the team remained highly active throughout the year, participating in a series of friendly fixtures against clubs from Maputo, Matola, and Catembe as part of preparations for the upcoming championship campaign.
The invitation to participate in the 2026 competition represents an important milestone for the club and reflects the dedication, commitment, and team spirit demonstrated by the players and technical staff.
