Since 2022, Omega has served as a trusted strategic partner to Rio Tinto during the operational development phase of the Chiri project. From exploration and early site establishment through to plant commissioning and operational readiness, Omega has delivered specialised security and risk management services aimed at protecting personnel, assets, infrastructure, and operational continuity.
As part of its current deployment, Omega provides integrated security support to critical operational areas, including plant facilities, access control environments, and CCTV surveillance operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and the protection of strategic mining assets.

Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, Luanda
Omega Risk Solutions (Angola) Lda was appointed by All Eyes Global Securities Services to provide comprehensive security services to the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Luanda. Operations officially commenced on 1 October 2025, with Omega successfully assuming responsibility from the previous service provider.
Established in 2018, the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Angola represents an important diplomatic presence focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Angola. Situated in the Talatona district of Luanda, the Embassy plays a significant role in promoting cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, agriculture, infrastructure development, and industry, while simultaneously providing essential consular services to UAE nationals and Angolan citizens.
Omega’s appointment to this prestigious diplomatic environment reflects the company’s growing reputation within the Angolan security sector for professionalism, reliability, and service excellence. The security solution implemented by Omega includes strict access control measures, continuous monitoring, and a structured operational approach aligned to the unique requirements of diplomatic security environments.
The contract is supported by a dedicated operational team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery, including full contingency and leave-relief capability.
In recognition of outstanding service delivery, the Embassy’s representative, Mr Mattar, presented an Omega wristwatch to Inspector Walter Santana. The gesture served as acknowledgement of both his individual commitment and the consistently high standards maintained by Omega Risk Solutions (Angola) Lda in delivering professional security services.
Resilience and Service Excellence at Paraíso Real
Omega Risk Solutions (Angola) Lda continues to demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and service excellence through its longstanding association with Condomínio Paraíso Real, one of Luanda’s premier residential estates.
Located in the sought-after suburb of Talatona, Paraíso Real is a prestigious residential development renowned for its modern infrastructure, secure environment, and lifestyle-oriented design. The estate comprises luxury standalone residences set within landscaped surroundings and supported by premium recreational and leisure facilities, including sports amenities, swimming pools, gym facilities, and controlled-access security systems.
Omega was initially contracted through Procondo Lda, a specialist property and condominium management company, to provide comprehensive security services to the estate. From the outset, Omega implemented a structured and professional security solution aligned with the high standards expected within an exclusive residential environment of this nature.
Following the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 152/24 relating to the national minimum wage, together with annual cost adjustment considerations, the Homeowners Association elected to appoint an alternative security provider as part of a cost-saving initiative. Omega’s contract accordingly concluded on 31 July 2025.
However, the subsequent transition highlighted the critical importance of service quality, operational discipline, and professional oversight within residential security environments. The Homeowners Association reportedly experienced a noticeable decline in operational standards and resident confidence under the replacement provider.
Recognising the value of reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind previously delivered by Omega, the Homeowners Association subsequently reinstated Omega Risk Solutions (Angola) Lda as the preferred security provider. Services officially resumed on 15 December 2025.

Chinangol Limitada
Omega Risk Solutions (Angola) Lda continues to expand its operational footprint within Angola following the successful award of a major security contract with Chinangol, a well-established commercial and industrial enterprise with extensive operations across the country.
Effective 1 May 2026, Omega assumed responsibility for security services at Chinangol’s automotive operations in Viana, including the Jetour dealership and associated facilities. The appointment represents another important milestone in Omega’s continued growth within Angola’s commercial and industrial security sector.
Chinangol has established a strong presence in Angola over several decades, with business interests spanning logistics, infrastructure development, construction materials, and vehicle distribution. Its automotive division has gained increasing prominence in recent years, particularly through the growth of the Jetour vehicle brand within the Angolan market.
The Viana operation occupies a strategically important location along a major transport corridor and serves as a central hub for vehicle sales, storage, maintenance, and after-sales support services. The integrated nature of the facility requires a robust, disciplined, and highly coordinated security approach.
Omega’s deployment at the site highlights the company’s capability to manage large-scale security operations within complex commercial environments. Through structured personnel deployment, strict access control procedures, continuous risk monitoring, and proactive operational management, Omega provides a comprehensive security solution aimed at protecting high-value assets, supporting operational continuity, and reinforcing client confidence.
