A Growing Presence Across Ghana

Omega’s operational footprint reflects Ghana’s evolving economic landscape. In Accra, the company supports diplomatic missions, luxury hospitality establishments, residential estates, and major corporate clients. In Tema, operations focus strongly on industrial facilities, logistics, warehousing, maritime-linked environments, and energy infrastructure. Kumasi and Takoradi continue to experience growing commercial and retail development, supported by Omega’s expanding regional presence.

The company’s operational philosophy remains consistent throughout all regions: local responsiveness combined with national standards of professionalism, discipline, and service excellence.

The P.R.I.D.E. Culture

At the heart of Omega Risk Solutions Ghana lies a simple but uncompromising value system built around five core principles: Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence. These values guide recruitment, training, operational management, leadership development, and service delivery across the organization.

“We recruit individuals who reflect our values and culture. Technical skills can be developed, but professionalism and integrity are fundamental.”

New Country Manager

Omega Risk Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Zander Rademeyer as Country Manager of Omega Risk Solutions Ghana Ltd, based in Accra, effective January 2026.

Zander joined Omega Risk Solutions Angola in December 2017 as Security Contract Manager and has since progressed through a number of increasingly senior operational and leadership positions within the Group. During his career with Omega, he gained extensive experience across the mining, oil and gas, industrial, and security sectors in both Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In 2025, he was appointed Security Operations Consultant at Kamoto Copper Company (KCC) in Kolwezi, DRC, where he gained valuable experience within a complex mining environment.

As Country Manager, Zander is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of Omega’s Ghana operation, including business growth, client service, operational excellence, compliance, and the development of local management talent.

The Board, Group EXCO, and staff of Omega Risk Solutions congratulate Zander on his appointment and wish him every success as he leads the Ghana operation into its next phase of growth and development.

Four Stories of Operational Excellence

Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra

More Than Three Years of Partnership

The Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra stands as one of West Africa’s leading hospitality destinations, regularly hosting international delegations, diplomatic engagements, global conferences, and high-profile corporate events. Providing security within such an environment requires a careful balance between robust protection and exceptional guest experience.

Omega implemented a specialised “concierge-security” model, where personnel were trained not only in security procedures, but also in hospitality protocols and customer engagement. Teams were fully integrated into the hotel’s operational and emergency response structures, ensuring security measures enhanced rather than disrupted the guest experience.

Today, Omega’s personnel form an integrated part of the hotel’s service culture, providing discreet yet highly effective security support within one of Ghana’s premier hospitality environments.

Embassy of Angola, Accra

More Than Three Years of Partnership

The diplomatic relationship between Ghana and Angola reflects decades of cooperation and shared African history. Protecting diplomatic premises requires security personnel capable of operating within highly sensitive environments where discretion, professionalism, and strict procedural compliance are essential.

Omega assigned carefully vetted personnel supported by structured security procedures and technical measures aimed at proactive risk management and incident prevention.

The partnership reflects Omega’s ability to operate effectively within high-profile diplomatic environments where professionalism and reliability are paramount.

Accra Breweries Limited, Accra

More Than 10 Years of Partnership

Accra Breweries Limited remains one of Ghana’s most historic and strategically important manufacturing operations, with a heritage dating back to 1931. The operational environment presents unique security challenges involving high-value infrastructure, production facilities, inventory control, and complex supply chain movements.

Omega developed a comprehensive industrial security solution tailored specifically to the brewery’s operational requirements. The deployment includes integrated guarding services, CCTV surveillance, controlled access management, and operational patrol systems aligned with production schedules and logistics flows.

By understanding the realities of industrial manufacturing environments, Omega has consistently supported operational continuity while protecting assets, personnel, and inventory across the site.

Tema Fuel Company, Tema

More Than Ten Years of Partnership

Tema Fuel Company operates within one of Ghana’s most strategically important industrial and energy corridors. Security within petroleum storage and distribution environments demands strict operational discipline, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and a thorough understanding of high-risk industrial operations.

Omega deployed specially trained personnel supported by integrated operational procedures aligned with international standards applicable to fuel handling and terminal operations. The company’s security protocols include access control management, emergency response integration, inventory-related security procedures, and operational coordination with relevant emergency and regulatory authorities.

For more than a decade, Omega has supported Tema Fuel Company in maintaining safe, secure, and uninterrupted operations within a critical national infrastructure environment.
