The November 2024 contract renewal, executed during significant civil unrest, showcases Arkhê’s crisis management capabilities and strategic partnership with Continuity Global Solutions (CGS)

The implementation of the new contract presented unique challenges. Mozambique was experiencing a period of significant civil unrest, which impacted mobility and posed logistical risks.
Nonetheless, the transition was executed seamlessly, thanks to robust contingency planning, close coordination with the client, and the dedication of the implementation teams from both Arkhê and CGS.
The deployment included rigorous training, vetting, and equipping of all personnel, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory and operational requirements. The effort was acknowledged by the US Mission’s Regional Security Officer, who praised the professionalism and commitment demonstrated throughout the process.
