Charles joined the Omega Group in November 2014 as Country Manager. Since his appointment Charles has successfully grew Omega Risk Solutions Zambia from around 500 security officers to its current strength of approximately 1 600 security officers which is an outstanding achievement.
Charles’ feeling for the business portrays an overall understanding of how to improve customer satisfaction while his ability to motivate his team has led to his continued successes in Zambia. On 1st June 2021 Charles was promoted to General Manager.
